Mr. Santacruz comes to ACRAHS #16 with three years of teaching experience. He is a graduate from The University of California, San Diego, with a B.A. in Mathematics and a M.Ed. in Secondary Education with a Bilingual Authorization. His education has developed him to be a math teacher that makes connections to real-world situations and emphasizes on supporting English Language Learners. 

When Mr. Santacruz is not in the classroom or planning for class, he is usually visiting spectacular sites all over the West coast from Santa Cruz to La Jolla. When he is not outdoors, he watches all kinds of sports. Some of his favorites are baseball, basketball, and football, particularly the Los Angeles teams.
