Alliance Ted K. Tajima High School offers a range of tiered services to scholars and families to support the promotion of mental health. Services are rendered at schools through school based providers such as School Counselors, School Psychologists, and community-based Mental Health Agency partners. Services and supports are free of charge and are provided to scholars based on need and availability, regardless of immigration or insurance status.
Alliance high school graduation requirements are in alignment with the University of California (UC) and California State University (CSU) “A-G” minimum undergraduate admissions requirements. Furthermore, all classes are transferable to other public schools. Alliance Ted k. Tajima ensures that students apply to at least 5 Colleges and that they submit scholarships during their senior year. We offer college workshops, college fairs, and college prep to help our students get into college.
Alliance Ted K. Tajima provides students with workshops, one to one meetings, assessments, and career fair opportunities to help guide them in their career search.
Alliance Ted K. Tajima High School supports alumni scholars. We provide year-round support to students who have graduated from our school, since 2015. We are committed to building a system of support that provides our scholars with the guidance necessary to increase college completion. The support services that we provide include college matriculation and enrollment, financial aid support, resume building opportunities, opportunities to participate in a 1-year Alliance Mentorship Program, and more.
